Seniors and their families have always sought quality care for Assisted Living when the need arises.  The recent economic challenges strained retirement accounts balances and home values.  This causes individuals and families to be more “value-oriented” in their choice for care.  Now, more than ever, consumers have become more price sensitive; yet, they demand the same quality services.  This market dynamic will continue for five to ten years, if not longer.

STRATEGY …
The most effective market strategy will be to deliver consistently high quality service at moderate price points in secondary markets that have been under served in recent years.  Additional emphasis is placed on markets that lack quality Memory Care options. The Encore Partners plans to develop and operate Assisted Living and secured Memory Care communities in secondary and tertiary markets in Colorado and Wyoming.  Some of these communities will lead to developments of senior apartments in subsequent phases.
